Please be advised that prices are reviewed every July. Every effort will be made to keep the prices as close as possible to those quoted, but for budgeting purposes it would be wise to be prepared for a 5% to 7% price rise each year.

CAPACITY             Minimum Guest Numbers: 60 - 70        Maximum Guest Numbers: 200

HIRING THE TAMBURLAINE MEMBERS' LODGE

Cost:                        $1200.00 (for non-members)   Sundays & Public Holidays surcharge applies.

Duration:                 Up to 6 hours. (After 6 hours charges are $300/half hour plus extra drinks). Beverage package is for
                                 5½ hours (ending ½ hour before close of function).

Includes:                 Full event co-ordination                             Fairy lights on waterside deck
                                Cleaning costs                                            Staffing for your entire event
                                Printing of menus for your guests             White linen and napery
                                Printing of seating plan, floor plan and table names     
                                Easel to display seating plan                     Use of microphone and lectern

                               Candles/lanterns on verandah                    Background music system


DEPOSIT               The room hire/event co-ordination fee is required upon booking to secure your date.
                                Terms and conditions page to be signed and returned with deposit.


PAYMENT

On Booking:            Room hire/co-ordination fee of $1200 to confirm booking.

Two Weeks Prior:   Full menu costs    OR   50% of complete package cost.

One Week Prior:    Credit card details left to pay the remaining balance of your reception. This payment
                                 will be debited the following Monday following the function.


OPTIONS

Ceremony              $550.00 ~ includes 4 pews, a rose petal aisle and either a signing table (with white cloth)
on the lawn:           and 2 chairs or a wine barrel. (The lawn side deck is the wet weather alternative).
                               Room hire and function commences 45mins after the start of the ceremony.

Fireworks:             Displays available from $900, all inclusive. (Price to be confirmed upon booking).



CATERING

Caterer:              In-house caterers are the multi-award winning Casuarina Catering.

Menus:               As well as the Tamburlaine Menus, kids meals, special dietary
                            requirements & crew meals are available.
                            Note: $5pp surcharge applies on Sundays and Public Holidays

Note:                  Prices listed on menus are current and may be affected by market prices, tax
                            increases, wage increases and other factors.
                            Menu prices will be confirmed 2 months prior to your function


BEVERAGE PACKAGE

                            All wines are Tamburlaine wines (no BYO) and are served as part of a package only...
                             wines may not be charged on a consumption basis. Beers may be charged on a
                            consumption basis or as part of a package.

                            Package duration is 5½ hours, from pre-dinner drinks (which will commence
                            45 - 60 minutes after the beginning of the ceremony, or when guests arrive for the reception).


                            Bar closes 30 minutes prior to guest departure.

Packages:          1)  $35.00 per head. This includes still wines from the Tamburlaine Natural Selection
                            range, a sparkling wine, dessert wine if requested and juice/soft drinks.
                            Beers are charged on consumption

                            2)  $42.00 per head. Includes all the above plus standard and light beer.

                            3)  $46.00 per head. Includes all the above plus a premium beer.

Beer:                  May be invoiced on consumption upon selecting the $35 per person package and
                            range in price from approx $3.00 to $5.25 per bottle.
                            Other packages include beer. No BYO.

Spirits &
other drinks:      Are available by arrangement and are charged on consumption. No BYO.

 

CANCELLATION

Refunds:           In the event of your function being cancelled within120 days or more notice, we will
                          refund your deposit. Should cancellation occur less than 120 days prior to function,
                          deposit amounts received will be retained.

Children            Children are most welcome, however, must remain supervised and in the
as guests:          company of a responsible adult at all times.
